With 25 years of experience with Cushman & Wakefield, Randy Borron is a leading agent in Canada. He represents many top corporations as well as public-sector organizations in negotiating substantial real estate transactions in Toronto and across Canada, and ensures that his clients’ best interests are reflected in their real estate acquisitions.
Mr. Borron is an expert in the office market, and is experienced in dealing with a wide variety of clients with diverse real estate needs. He is highly knowledgeable in managing large transactions and consolidations for clients. He also has extensive experience in data centers, contact centers and lab space.
He is instrumental in developing strategic plans and understanding industry trends as a member of Cushman & Wakefield’s Mission Critical, Global Life Sciences, Education, and Government Practice Groups.
Mr. Borron graduated from the University of Western Ontario with an Honours Degree in Urban Development and Economics.
Randy volunteers his time to assistant coaching for his children’s hockey teams as a Level III trainer. He is also a supporter of the Sick Kids Children’s Hospital, Arthritis Society of Canada, Cancer Society of Canada, and the United Way.
