Jacob is an Account Manager at Landmark Properties, a Montreal based real estate advisory and third party property management firm. Jacob currently specializes in tenant representation and corporate services for several national accounts and actively manages all real estate related matters for over 400 locations nationwide.
Since 2003, Jacob has personally represented clients in a multitude of different markets including each major city and over 100 sub-markets across Canada. As of 2006 he has consummated over 200 transactions ranging between 1,000 and 150,000 square feet. His experience in a large number of markets has enabled him to create a network of industry professionals that he will often leverage in order to deliver the best possible real estate solution for his clients.
Jacob prides himself on strong customer service and dedication and always puts the relationship and best interests of his client before any individual transaction.
Jacob is a licensed Real Estate Broker with the Quebec Association of Real Estate Brokers and Agents (OACIQ) and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Concordia’s John Molson School of Business. Since 2009, Jacob has been a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), a prestigious industry accreditation recognizing real estate professionals with the highest level of knowledge, capability and ethics.
