Commenced career in industrial/commercial real estate in 1962, specializing in appraisal, rental and sale of IC&I properties and I am President and co-owner of Indusite Realty Corporation, which was founded in 1980. Indusite specializes in the industrial market in the greater Toronto area, with special emphasis on Etobicoke, Brampton, Missisauga and Oakville.
After having a successful 15 years at Canada Trust and being recognized by them as their "top producer", I became an active SIOR member in 1976 and has served the organization as Chapter President, Chairman of SIOR Canada, and as a director of its National body.
I am an active golfer and curler and has served as a Director or Weston Golf and Country Club and is an active member of the City of Missisauga Advisory Committee.
We are an affiliated member of Hart Corporation and ReaLinc Alliance Corporation, which gives us an entry into the National and International markets.
Transaction History
- I have been involved in over 3,000 transactions, comprising in excess of 50,000,000 sq.ft.
- I have rescently handled the investment sale of a 378,000 sq.ft. industrial property to a Canadian Pension fund.
- I am involved in a 100,000 sq.ft. design/build for an international furniture retailer.
- I have worked as tenant representation for many large corporations, such as Ecolab, Yokohama Tire, and Gould Electric.
- I am exclusive Broker for many pension funds for life insurance companies on some of their investment portfolio.
