Listed in the Who’s Who in Corporate Real Estate, Rob has 15 years international corporate real estate experience including a high profile position in England in 2002-2003 with GVA Grimley, one of the UK's largest property advisors.
Rob is a Principal and a member of the executive team at Newmark Knight Frank Devencore, Canada’s premiere real estate advisor and brokerage working exclusively for tenants/space users. In 2010, Rob was recognized as the Top Producer at the company’s Toronto office and was also awarded the SIOR Canada Office Broker of the Year Award, a prestigious honor recognizing the superior performance and achievement of a real estate brokerage advisor, based on the size, value and volume of transactions completed in a single calendar year.
Having served a number of blue-chip clients on a portfolio basis to serve their multi-market corporate real estate needs, Rob has developed specialized expertise in account and program management for corporate real estate transactions. He provides clients with a single point of contact to manage corporate real estate transactions locally, regionally, nationally and internationally.
Rob has been involved with clients occupying a cumulative total of over 15 million square feet of corporate real estate in hundreds of locations globally and he has been quoted in a number of trade publications such as Site Selection Magazine, SIOR Professional Report, Property Week, Commercial Real Estate Investor Magazine and the Toronto Business Times.
Rob maintains a regular weekly television spot on CP24 News and he has been featured on CTV Globemedia's Business News Network (BNN). He has also been a guest speaker with Queen's University Seminars on Investment & Corporate Real Estate and Property Management Expo.
Rob has earned and been awarded two of the most prestigious and coveted corporate real estate certifications bythe Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designations.
Rob has been a board member of a number of organizations including Society of Industrial and Office Realtors, CoreNet Global, GVA Worldwide Industrial, Queen’s University Alumni Association, Queen’s University Council, Queen’s School of Business Advisory Board and Boys and Girls Club of Toronto.
